Von’s contractor contacts were instrumental in getting my house ready on my aggressive timeline. All work was done and the house was listed 3 weeks from the date we first met. The house sold on the 3rd day on the market with multiple offers. She was a tough negotiator on my behalf when finishing closing the deal and closely read the contract before sending to me to sign. Closing went very smoothly and then Von sent a lovely, thoughtful gift to my new house. I cannot say enough good things about what a highly competent, hard working professional Von is.
