Marcy was exceptional during our search for a "new" old home in Fort Worth, Texas. Although we were living out of state at the time, she quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us narrow our search to the neighborhoods that best fit our needs in just two visits. When we learned that a home in our preferred neighborhood was about to come on the market, Marcy and her husband personally toured the property on our behalf while we were still in our home state. They provided an honest assessment of both the home's potential and the realities of purchasing a property in a historic district, including the restrictions we would need to consider. Their insight gave us the confidence to move forward, knowing we were making a well-informed decision. As we prepared for our move, Marcy continued to go above and beyond. While renovations were underway, she periodically stopped by the house and sent us progress photos, allowing us to watch our future home come to life from hundreds of miles away. Those updates helped us feel connected to the process and made the long-distance transition much easier. Beyond helping us find the perfect home, Marcy introduced us to the unique neighborhoods and communities throughout Fort Worth, giving us a genuine appreciation for all the city has to offer. Without hesitation, the Barkemeyer Group will be our first call if we ever decide to move again. More importantly, Marcy and her husband became our first friends in Fort Worth—a gift that has meant far more to us than simply finding a house. For that, we will always be grateful.

We met Matthew two years before we sold our property in Rhome Texas (online) and his knowledge of the area, markets and just overall ability to advise us was phenomenal. We live in another state and his caring nature to help us in virtually every step of preparing our home, researching the market for pricing, assisting with contractors contacts and just overall guiding us through to a successful sale relieved so much potential stress that we greatly appreciated having him as our realtor from beginning to end. Matthew is an extremely trustworthy family man and we are blessed to have had him as our realtor.

I highly recommend Grace Lemle for anyone looking to sell their home. Her market knowledge, pricing strategy, and marketing plan were spot on. She kept me informed every step of the way and handled negotiations with confidence and expertise. My home sold quickly and for a price I was very happy with. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
