Katie arranged a roofing company to fix the roof and personally she went over and painted the spot on the ceiling. I was impressed and would recommend her to anyone.

The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. Josh was amazing to work with. He helped us close in the exact time frame of what we were looking for when buying our first home!
