I was in search of a realtor to help sell my moms house. This was going to be a challenge since work was needed on the house and I lived states away. I got lucky when I called Paula. She made sure people showed up and the work was done correctly. She even made a miracle happen when the estate sale left the house in a mess by finding people to clean it out for free! My husband and I are right in the middle of selling our current home and buying our new home with Michael. And we cannot say enough great things about him! He is a really hard worker and he makes you feel like you're his first priority. Always punctual and responsive. Our favorite thing about working with Michael is his construction knowledge of the homes - we feel we can trust his advice - which is helpful when buying an older home.
