In April of 2019, I decided I wanted to purchase an investment property in the DFW area. I did no know any realtor in that part of the country as I currently live in California. I researched realtors via the internet in the DWF area and I found Mrs. Lopez. From the first conversation I had with her, she was honest and straightforward, without further hesitation, I followed her advice. She helped me buy a house in Forth Worth in May of 2019, and in March, of 2020 she assisted in the purchasing of another home in Houston. Mrs. Lopez is very professional and very knowledgeable in her profession, which is an advantage to her clients, whether, in the housing market to purchase or sell a house. Mrs. Lopez worked hard for me, and I know she works hard for all her clients. I highly recommend her.

Nathan is a great. He does what it takes to get your home sold. I highly recommend him. He was able to get my condo In Dallas sold when I was living two states away. We had a major storm in Dallas and he went to check the property to make sure it was OK for me.

Nadir is such a pleasure to work with. Home buying is a stressful process and real estate agent can be a huge help to make it a stress less experience, and with Nadir we certainly got that. Due to his extensive knowledge and good advice the process became simpler. His technical understanding of construction and structures helps a lot in analyzing the property. He is very responsive and is always willing to an extra mile in order to help. We were looking at a REO property hence it was a complex task due to an institution being involved. It needed commitment and perseverance to go through the process, and with Nadir's help we were able to close the deal for a home which was a perfect fit of our family. I would highly recommend Nadir, and will engage him again for our real estate buying/selling needs.

We felt that Amy showed strong marketing knowledge and knew the system well to manipulate through it all to get you your best chance with a market now that is so bad for the seller. Communication was good but we wished it could have been more frequently just for encouragement and not wanting to give up….her negotiating skills very good and again showed us she was pulling for us and wanted to try her best to get things where we wanted them. We thought initially getting a different realtor but we both agreed she really was the best option for the sell of our home. Very professional and has given your realty a very good name and reputation. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the need of a realtor whether selling or buying………
