I found Beth when I was helping my elderly parents sell their house in Grand Prairie, TX. From the very beginning, she was wonderful to work with and more than exceeded our expectations. She knew the local real estate market and her estimate was spot on. We received 8 offers in less than a week. She provided impeccable recommendations when I asked to get the house ready for the market from the company to help sell 30 years' worth of possessions to cleaning services to repair/maintenance staff. During the negotiation process, she offered invaluable advice providing pros and cons of each step. She truly became though our strongest advocate once we made our decisions. Extremely responsive, I answers to my text questions almost immediately throughout the process. But her 10 star service (out of a 5 star rating!) goes well beyond that. I am out of state so only had limited time in Texas during the whole process. She and her husband personally helped me with so many other things that I could not have done myself. For example, they helped move heavy furniture down a flight of stairs, helped load up a truck with bulky items to take to the dump, cleared the yard of debris and leaves after a heavy thunderstorm, and brought documents and a notary to the hotel where my parents stayed for signing. Now that's true dedication!! I really valued her great judgment, intuition, ethics, honesty, and straight forward approach. I highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to sell.
