We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Hong made buying my first home a breeze. She was right there any time I needed her and was diligent in getting me the perfect house. Hong negotiated until everything was what I wanted and didn’t stop until everything was just right. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t understand a lot of terms or processes, but Hong was patient in explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable in the housing market field and was able to answer every question I had. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is the best and I would never go with another agent!
