Nancy is the ultimate professional and did an amazing job helping us sell our home. Selling a home can be stressful and she walked us through the process and set appropriate expectations along the entire journey. Not to mention that COVID hit just after we listed our home! She was an amazing partner and advisor. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her will be fortunate.

Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well. Ultimately, my experience with Allison and purchasing my first home was great. I will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to purchase or sell!
