I've bought and sold more than 20 houses (some as investments) in 40+ years. She is simply the best agent that I've ever had represent me. It's great knowing that someone is looking out for me, providing the research on every option and house, yet really listening to us. Clearly very experienced, lot's of energy, and diligence. Also demonstrated a great deal of patience with us, we were difficult, and bought a new house before selling old one, she handled both.

Eric was incredibly helpful with my home purchase. He took the time to search for the perfect home that matched my criteria and asked me questions I didn’t even think were important when buying a house. He has many resources and I was surprised with his network of vendors. I highly recommend Eric for first time homebuyers because he is thorough and explains the home buying process very well!!!
