Eric Perez with without a doubt the best realtor I have been around. This was me and my wife’s first house and Eric made the process practically stress free. He was honest with the housing market but listened to our concerns and did all the research possible to try and stay within our price range and location. Eric did all the research to find us the best deals, I didn’t lift a finger. He showed us many houses and did all the talking to the homeowners or sales individuals on new homes. He made sure to stay with us when paperwork was being signed to ensure we weren’t being taken advantage of.
