Tina was there for us every step of the way and was willing to help out with whatever we needed during the process. Her guidance helped us get the offer we were looking for much faster than we expected and she followed through by making any repairs needed extremely easy with great recommendations for contractors to use and even offered to help schedule/coordinate them for us if we weren’t able to be there when needed. Tina did an amazing job and were very thankful for all of her work on making this process as smooth as possible.

Val was amazing!! She stuck with me even when my frustrations would mount. She would listen to me vent and cuss and was able to put me back together and keep my focused. She was always available. Would return my calls/texts promptly and kept me informed on each offer. She handled everything and we did not have to do much. We will be buying again soon and will definitely use Val in the future and recommend her to our friends and family.
