Tina came prepared with her market analysis . We discussed at length how to approach the market, especially since we did not have a choice on our timeline since this was a relocation. Winter was not ideal, however she was very thoughtful in the plan. She was very responsive with her communication. She provided feedback from potential buyers. She even picked up my mail when I was out of town. She goes above and beyond and helps you feel comfortable with the entire process.

Tina was there for us every step of the way and was willing to help out with whatever we needed during the process. Her guidance helped us get the offer we were looking for much faster than we expected and she followed through by making any repairs needed extremely easy with great recommendations for contractors to use and even offered to help schedule/coordinate them for us if we weren’t able to be there when needed.
