Tina came prepared with her market analysis . We discussed at length how to approach the market, especially since we did not have a choice on our timeline since this was a relocation. Winter was not ideal, however she was very thoughtful in the plan. She was very responsive with her communication. She provided feedback from potential buyers. She even picked up my mail when I was out of town. She goes above and beyond and helps you feel comfortable with the entire process.

Tina was there for us every step of the way and was willing to help out with whatever we needed during the process. Her guidance helped us get the offer we were looking for much faster than we expected and she followed through by making any repairs needed extremely easy with great recommendations for contractors to use and even offered to help schedule/coordinate them for us if we weren’t able to be there when needed. Tina did an amazing job and were very thankful for all of her work on making this process as smooth as possible.

Tina was with us for the purchase of our house back in 2019 and again for the sale in 2025. She always had answers to our questions and was able to walk us thru the whole process without any snags or issues. I can’t give her a higher award or rating other than Repeat Agent. She worked with extreme professionalism and diligence to get the house sold.

We were looking at homes but lived 1.5 hours away. Tina always made sure she or her daughter from her team were available when we wanted to make the drive to look at homes. Throughout the purchasing process and since the closing, she has been a great source to answer any questions we’ve had.

Tina was actively engaged in our home buying process from the start. She matched our rather aggressive timeline, she communicated clearly without trying to push us in any direction, she gave us her opinions from her experiences when we had questions, and she went the extra mile to make sure we were able to get our dream home. Although I hope to not need to move again, but we would certainly have Tina again as our agent if we did.
