We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Luis went above and beyond, more than anyone realized. He was available for questions 24/7, he made us comfortable through the entire process, took an endless amount of calls from us and not once was I confused or uncomfortable through the process of buying our first property! I have to say at looking at over 30 houses in three days. curly was an amazing agent to work with showed us all the in and out of each home even took us back a second time on some of the homes that we were just not quite sure of.
