Although I believe Jeff was able to inform me of an accurate market value of my property, I was continually frustrated by his contradictory communications. I also believe that he did not accurately convey to my buyer or to me. Our process could have been more above board and fluid, if Jeff had been more direct and accurate. Open communication and honesty should have been the standard. The information he gave me about the survey was not correct. I felt he was working more for the buyer than me.

Jeremy Caruthers did a great job negotiating price and inspection items with the buyer's agent. He was a strong advocate for obtaining the items that were important to us and the closing went smoothly.
