Although I believe Jeff was able to inform me of an accurate market value of my property, I was continually frustrated by his contradictory communications. I also believe that he did not accurately convey to my buyer or to me. Our process could have been more above board and fluid, if Jeff had been more direct and accurate. Open communication and honesty should have been the standard. The information he gave me about the survey was not correct. I felt he was working more for the buyer than me.

Jeff was very knowledgeable, helpful and available throughout the entire buying process. He was also very patient with us during our period of uncertainty. He got to know us and found us the home that is the perfect fit for our family. Whenever anyone I know is considering buying in this area, I immediately give them Jeff's number because I'm confident they will be as happy with their experience as I was.

We met Jeff over the phone at the beginning of this year while living in New Hampshire (we're Texans!). Jeff was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the housing market in/near Lufkin, Texas. We liked the fact that he had lived in the area for thirty years and was familiar with the neighborhood in which we were interested. We met in person a few months later, when Jeff showed us a home we almost bought. He brought his Mama with him and I could tell by the way he treated her that he was a great guy. Jeff is honest and has integrity. We trusted him to represent us while buying and I could always depend on him to return my calls or texts immediately. You can rely on Jeff to give you his professional opinion on real estate, but also ask him questions about the community, etc. Our home buying experience was made so much better by having Jeff as our Realtor.

I think Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional in the real estate business. He is easy to talk to and explains everything clearly where it is easy to understand. He sold our property fast. I will call Jeff again if I need help selling or buying real estate.
