Although I believe Jeff was able to inform me of an accurate market value of my property, I was continually frustrated by his contradictory communications. I also believe that he did not accurately convey to my buyer or to me. Our process could have been more above board and fluid, if Jeff had been more direct and accurate. Open communication and honesty should have been the standard. The information he gave me about the survey was not correct. I felt he was working more for the buyer than me.

Petra was truly outstanding! I was impressed with her level of knowledge, responsiveness and how easily she made it for me to find me a home. She didn’t hesitate to help, she pointed me to the right direction. She is also very well versed at dealing with our real estate agent and disagreements with certain part of the documents Petra was very patient and worked through it.
