Nedra was extraordinary and from first phone call. We knew we had found a rare gem. Not only knowledgeable but brought a personal touch. Living over 6 hours away she provided a showing for us on video to allow us to see details . She was the key in negotiations to get us not only a fair price but it included everything and more. We never dreamed that we would be back in our favorite place. Nedra treated us like family. She took care of every single detail from start to finish. It was truly a pleasure and privilege to work with her. It is rare to find someone who can handle all the details, challenges and finds solutions and actually communicates quickly, and with a phone call.
