Shannon Is a great realtor when I started shopping for a realtor I was inclined to go with a Family friend just so I could have somebody that I know and trust to point me in the right direction. But my mortgage company referred Shannon to me and I spoke with her and she is so thorough And on top of everything and willing to share that knowledge with you like a family member to make sure you’re making a good investment She isn’t biased if you say something looks like crap in a home and it’s just the flat out truth She will agree with you and help you come up with a solution and weigh out your options. She is the only person I will recommend going forward She is good as gold and very valuable to a home buyer.

Collin is very knowledgeable about buying and selling homes. He is also very responsive, resourceful and spends additional time explaining the processes.

I knew Shannon Robinson for quite sometime before I decided to use her to help sell my house. From the time I decided to make the move to the time it actually hit the market went really fast. Shannon communicated well with me about what kind of offers I could expect in my market. It was also in the middle of the pandemic so it added another challenge to the situation. My house had 3 offers on it real quick and I accepted one. This was attributed to Shannons ability to showcase my home and get lots of views. Escrow hit a few bumps do to the lenders and it was stressful to me but Shannon was there once again to assure me it would all work out. She was always in the process from start to finish and made sure to communicate any issue or situation that would happen. She was always available and would get back to me very fast even thou she had other clients to handle. Not sure how I would have handled this experience with anyone else but Shannon. I cant recommend her enough. Shannon will be the one I call when I decide to make any real estate moves in the future.

Donna really helped me deal with the other (buyers) agents and helped us get the most for the property. She also spent a lot of time learned that specific area's market which was a big help when we sold my mothers home.
