Lacy is seriously the best! She is quick to respond and always eased the inevitable anxiety that home buying causes me. She was very thorough at the house and with our inspection report. 10/10 negotiator. So professional, but also so kind and just a great person. I knew that Lacy actually cared about us during this process and I'll be forever grateful for that.

Lacy worked hard from November 2025 until August 31,2026- when I felt like giving up , she gave me that motherly comfort that I needed. Lacy made sure that we kept in contact throughout the entire process, when she told me that we will get to the finish line. That’s exactly what she meant! My realtor did a fantastic job throughout the entire process and made buying a home feel smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent—they were always responsive, clear, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their knowledge of the market was impressive, and they provided valuable insight that helped me make confident decisions. She’s also an excellent negotiator, always advocating for my best interests and helping me achieve a great outcome. From start to finish, her professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to their clients made the entire experience exceptional, and I highly recommend this realtor

You can't ask someone to be more responsive then to anticipate your needs before you have figured out what's next for yourself. That's what Lacy did, she new what I needed next before I did. Market knowledge, negotiation skill, and professionalism are all beyond excellent. She also did a lot of the sellers agent's job for her to keep the deal moving forward. I've never seen an agent be that driven before. And, I've seen a lot of agents, I was a commercial banker for 22 years and never encountered anyone like her.
