Dea was my agent when I bought my first home and she was the only realtor I would work with buying my second. She works for her clients and offers everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. Big plus is she is also a relocation agent. Everything goes smooth when Dea has helped me. I would recommend her to anyone in The Great State of Texas!

Not only did Kathy show extreme patience in showing us many homes prior to finding the “one” but she also helped to make this purchase the easiest we have ever experienced. It was seamless! Kathy was there every step of the way relaying information and answering questions quickly. When we called or texted ..she answered immediately! At the end of our escrow, right before we moved in we had a few issues with the previous owner. Kathy made certain those issued were resolved and even offered to take care of it herself if they weren’t resolved.
