Not only did Kathy show extreme patience in showing us many homes prior to finding the “one” but she also helped to make this purchase the easiest we have ever experienced. It was seamless! Kathy was there every step of the way relaying information and answering questions quickly. When we called or texted ..she answered immediately! At the end of our escrow, right before we moved in we had a few issues with the previous owner.
