Not only did Kathy show extreme patience in showing us many homes prior to finding the “one” but she also helped to make this purchase the easiest we have ever experienced. It was seamless! Kathy was there every step of the way relaying information and answering questions quickly. When we called or texted ..she answered immediately! At the end of our escrow, right before we moved in we had a few issues with the previous owner. Kathy made certain those issued were resolved and even offered to take care of it herself if they weren’t resolved. We are so happy to have made a new friend in Kathy and highly recommend her for any property purchases or needs. She is a force to be reckoned with and certainly knows her stuff!
