Very quickly, she helped me nail down specific homes and she even went to bat for me in negotiating a lower price with amenities! Super responsive, very connected, and a great person on top of all that. I highly recommend Gladys as a RE Agent. I will use her again when I make another purchase and I can only imagine the value she brings if I were to sell my home and use her as the listing agent. Simply put...she is a pro!
