Helped Us Find Exactly What We Needed

Chris helped us find an amazing lake house. He spent a lot of time understanding our needs, and searching for options which would best suit us. We do a lot of large group entertaining, wanted a place where we could own the land and had other specific items we were looking for. We were also doing a 1031 Exchange which complicated matters, but Chris was able to work through it with the seller. Lake homes are selling very fast so he worked hard to find the listings, get us out to see them timely and helped us understand how we should make an offer.
