Nadir is such a pleasure to work with. Home buying is a stressful process and real estate agent can be a huge help to make it a stress less experience, and with Nadir we certainly got that. Due to his extensive knowledge and good advice the process became simpler. His technical understanding of construction and structures helps a lot in analyzing the property. He is very responsive and is always willing to an extra mile in order to help. We were looking at a REO property hence it was a complex task due to an institution being involved. It needed commitment and perseverance to go through the process, and with Nadir's help we were able to close the deal for a home which was a perfect fit of our family. Melissa recently both led us in buying our new home in Mineola, TX and then selling our existing home in Sulphur Springs, TX.
