Marcy was fantastic. Her communication was quick and clear, her pricing advice was spot on, and she negotiated a great deal for us. Professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was our second time working with Marcy, and we truly couldn’t recommend her enough! Our family has known Marcy for many years, and she has always been wonderful to work with. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable about the market, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. For our most recent home purchase, Marcy went above and beyond by helping us get an opportunity to see a home that was not even on the market yet. She helped us navigate the entire process and was an excellent negotiator. She was able to help us secure the home we really wanted without pushing us beyond what we were comfortable paying. She was fair and strategic in negotiating the price, while also asking for concessions and a few additional items that were important to us. We always felt like Marcy had our best interests in mind, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. We are incredibly grateful to have had her by our side for a second time and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Marcy offered great insight into the areas of Keller and Fort Worth for us. When the sellers weren't responsive, she regularly checked in for us. I don't think we would have been able to buy the house we wanted if it wasn't for her perseverance and advocating for us. We are very thankful for her. She was very patient and helpful in the situation where our young kids were with us. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
