For our most recent home purchase, Marcy went above and beyond by helping us get an opportunity to see a home that was not even on the market yet. She helped us navigate the entire process and was an excellent negotiator. She was able to help us secure the home we really wanted without pushing us beyond what we were comfortable paying. She was fair and strategic in negotiating the price, while also asking for concessions and a few additional items that were important to us. Nadir is such a pleasure to work with. Home buying is a stressful process and real estate agent can be a huge help to make it a stress less experience, and with Nadir we certainly got that. Due to his extensive knowledge and good advice the process became simpler. His technical understanding of construction and structures helps a lot in analyzing the property. He is very responsive and is always willing to an extra mile in order to help. We were looking at a REO property hence it was a complex task due to an institution being involved. It needed commitment and perseverance to go through the process, and with Nadir's help we were able to close the deal for a home which was a perfect fit of our family. I would highly recommend Nadir, and will engage him again for our real estate buying/selling needs.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.
