She knew exactly what to look for in the house and pointed out that would be a concern for us, ex roof hvac , siding, flooring. She has excellent knowledge. She made us feel like we were the only client which I know we weren’t. She kept in touch via phone and text. and explained everything in a language that we could understand. It didn’t matter what time of day or holiday(July 4 ) she was always available. She has talked me off the wall with anxiety (1031exchange) when no else took the time to do so.
