Had help with 2 sales and 1 new purchase. Got over asking price on one and sold both homes unbelievably fast. Purchased a new built home and saved more money then I thought possible. We had one home that needed some work. They told us fix these things for this much money and we can get you this much more. There quote was spot on for the repair but they sold the home for more then we were asking.$$. If you are buying or selling there is no better people to work with.
