Frank assisted with the buying and selling of our homes. In both transactions, we were completely satisfied with the negotiations. Buying/Selling a home is already nerve-racking enough, so the fact that he was able to make it go so smoothly on both ends was definitely needed and much welcomed. Frank also assisted us with the purchase of this home we just sold and the market was completely different back then, but we still got a great deal on this home as well. Would certainly recommend to any who are looking for someone who knows how to get the job done.
