She used her contacts and influence, and got us moved up in the schedule of the foundation company, which helped us get our house on the market sooner. She also suggested specific remodeling updates for us to make, which would help get our house sold without breaking our wallet. We ended up being out of town during some of this work, and Brandee volunteered to drop by the house, monitor progress, keep us up to date, and work with the construction firm as needed. This was a huge help to us, as we were moving into our new house at the same time.
