We cannot express how happy and satisfied we have been with the services Laurel has provided us over the last 1+ yr. She has gone over and beyond to help us find the perfect home and is a strong negotiator. Her knowledge about home construction, remodeling and interior designing is unparalleled. We have been through the process of home buying in different cities and heard about experiences of several people all over the country... Laurel is FAR ABOVE any agent we have heard of or ever worked with. She is passionate about her work and it shows in the professionalism she brings to the job. She will not settle until she finds the perfect home for you and will always give the long term perspective of resale of the house while buying. What we liked best about her was that she was available every time we had questions and gave us inputs on offer price, location, resale, schools, neighborhoods etc. She is a mine of information and is always willing to share her wisdom to help make an informed decision. She understood our needs perfectly and made sure we got our dream home at the best price and gave great advice on home improvements, maintenance and decor. She leaves no stone un-turned to make sure she helps at every step, whether its inspection, endless meetings with builder, mortgage companies, etc, she is always there whenever we reached out to her. She made the process very simple and pain free for us and was always open to discussions and hear our apprehensions when we were indecisive and she always helped with our best interest in mind. Laurel is a wonderful person and we can't emphasize enough how highly we would recommend her for any home buying or selling needs. She is simply THE BEST and a friend for lifetime now!!

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Lorenzo made our home buying experience enjoyable and virtually stress-free. Any questions we had along the way were always answered. He is honest and trustworthy, and definitely had our best interests at heart. He helped guide us in making the right decisions. No question that we will use him again for future real estate transactions. Thanks to him we found the perfect home for our family!
