Karen was very helpful with the sale of our property and I would highly recommend her services. We started the process with an offer through a third party and when those negotiations broke down we went to market. We had it listed for a week and then we were under contract. Overall it was a fairly straightforward process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!

I am a single mother and a first time home buyer who had been looking for about 4 months. By the time I got referred to Brian I was frustrated and ready to give up. I spoke with Brian on the phone Sunday afternoon and scheduled to meet up and look at houses on Tue. By wed night my offer was excepted and I had a house. 60 days later I moved into my new house. Now I know Brian couldn't make the seller except my offer but what he did for me was this..... He walked me through every step of the process. even the questions I didn't know to ask he answered. He didn't ever talk down to me or make me feel stupid when I didn't understand the realtor talk. He was like talking to an old friend and made me feel very comfortable. If I ever sell Brian will be my first and only call!!!!

From beginning to End the process was so smooth, Greta us fully of knowledge and wisdom. She was confident, when we’re were starting second guessing the process. We were so blessed and fortunate to have had her throughout out it all. If we were to do it gain, she will be the first to call. What are great experience it was, and the pleasure was ours!! Thank you Greta!! We are grateful to have had you expertise along the way!!
