I am a single mother and a first time home buyer who had been looking for about 4 months. By the time I got referred to Brian I was frustrated and ready to give up. I spoke with Brian on the phone Sunday afternoon and scheduled to meet up and look at houses on Tue. By wed night my offer was excepted and I had a house. 60 days later I moved into my new house. Now I know Brian couldn't make the seller except my offer but what he did for me was this..... He walked me through every step of the process. even the questions I didn't know to ask he answered. He didn't ever talk down to me or make me feel stupid when I didn't understand the realtor talk. He was like talking to an old friend and made me feel very comfortable. If I ever sell Brian will be my first and only call!!!!
