I am a single mother and a first time home buyer who had been looking for about 4 months. By the time I got referred to Brian I was frustrated and ready to give up. He helped me with finding people to do my home inspection that could come out asap. All in all great guy with his help I was able to put in a bid and close with in 30 days. Very effect and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
