Karen was not only a delight to work with, she was smart. Karen asked us what we were looking for and went and got the job done. We always felt she had our best interest first. We welcome the opportunity to work with Karen again.

Due to a recent surgery we were unable to get to Texas see a house that we purchased site unseen to be close to family. Nick was able to negotiate a great deal with the new home builder including a very nice discount on the purchase price along with credit towards closing!! He also went above and beyond to help us with finance options and inspectors in our area. More importantly he gave us the peace of mind to get us through a stressful situation. We could not be happier with our choice to work with Nick.

Thomson was patient and available to answer questions, if any came up and helped rush things forward. It was definitely a learning experience, and I'm grateful everything came together in the end. We appreciate the work that went into getting everything across the finish line. Thanks for your time and assistance!
