Thomson made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress free. From the build and purchase of our new home, to the sale of our old home, he guided us every step of the way. He was always available to discuss our concerns, and often went to bat for us while dealing with our builder. When it was time to pivot to selling, he prepped us for getting our old home ready to put on the market and it was sold within 24 hours (!!). He truly cares for his clients, listens to their concerns, and goes the extra mile to ensure you get the best service possible. We came in not knowing what to expect, but left feeling informed and confident through the process. He really treats his clients like family and does his best to ensure that you are at ease and knowledgeable about all the steps required to buy or sell your home. Overall, we highly recommend working with him, he can handle the full range of buying and selling and has a breadth of experience that helps his clients stay calm and relaxed through an otherwise stressful process. As a first time home buyer we had very little knowledge and lots of questions along with some stringent requirements for our home.
