Our house went on the market when conditions in the area were positive for selling. The market changed for the worse in the area, but Marcy and her team adjusted strategy and helped us remain patient in a very unsettling time. When an offer came in, she remained confident and helped us negotiate to an outcome that was still positive. We are so thankful for her and her team.

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Karen was very helpful with the sale of our property and I would highly recommend her services. We started the process with an offer through a third party and when those negotiations broke down we went to market. We had it listed for a week and then we were under contract. Overall it was a fairly straightforward process and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!
