Andrea helped us sell one house (that we purchased with her assistance about 4 hears prior to our sale) while purchasing another. We had some very specific criteria for our new home that she met with no problem. We got more than asking on our sale and Andrea negotiated well on our behalf during our purchase. Anyone who has sold and bought at the same time will tell you it is a hectic experience but Andrea did her best to keep things smooth and keep us calm and informed on anything pertinent to either sale!

Due to a recent surgery we were unable to get to Texas see a house that we purchased site unseen to be close to family. Nick was able to negotiate a great deal with the new home builder including a very nice discount on the purchase price along with credit towards closing!! He also went above and beyond to help us with finance options and inspectors in our area. More importantly he gave us the peace of mind to get us through a stressful situation.
