We ended up being out of town during some of this work, and Brandee volunteered to drop by the house, monitor progress, keep us up to date, and work with the construction firm as needed. This was a huge help to us, as we were moving into our new house at the same time. All for the firms she recommended as contractors did excellent work: quality work, done right and on time, at the prices quoted. When we got an offer, Brandee was helpful in letting us know whether or not the offer was reasonable, and did not pressure us in any way to accept or reject offers; she completely let us make that decision.
