My Husband & I were first time home buyers, our agent Angelica truly went above & beyond to help us find our dream home. Angelica did such an awesome job educating us every step of the way & making sure we understood the mortgage process. She always went out of her way to accommodate to our schedule & always provided her honest advice when viewing homes. She was always on time & patient- we never felt rushed during our viewings and we even viewed the same property more than once. Angelica knew exactly the style of home we were looking for & she found us exactly what we imagined ourselves growing & starting our family in. Her responsiveness was incredible, Pure Gold! She was always quick to respond & easy to reach. We will Always recommend Angelica to our friends & family and will definitely choose her to be our agent in the future!

We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Shaheer was an amazing realator. He did not pressure us into getting a house and helped us fight to lower the price down significantly from the asking price. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a house. Thank you for your great work Shaheer.
