From day one, our first meeting with Stacy was so impressive we cancelled all other Realtor interviews. Stacy and her colleagues were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our listing pictures looked very professional and inviting to buyers. Whatever issues arose she was on top to solve them. And we had our fare share of unforeseen ones. Throughout the whole process from start to “Sold” she remained vigilant and always went above and beyond. We are very pleased we got our asking price. In comparison to other agents we’ve experienced Stacy and Ben made us feel informed and special. She was referred from a previous client and we will certainly do our best to pass it on. ????????????

Jim was great to work with. He helped me sell two houses and buy one, in the last 6 months. He was honest about the market and helped me sell my two houses quickly. When we were looking for the perfect home for my little one and me, he was honest about what would be a good investment and what to avoid. He went the extra mile selling and buying these properties. He was a joy to work with. I highly recommend Jim Barth for your real estate needs.
