First let me say that we are very picky buyers. We looked at dozens of homes over a one year period and when we saw the right home hit the market, Martha was on it. She scheduled the showing, helped us craft a strong offer, and then guided through the entire purchased process once the offer was accepted. She was always prompt in responding to our requests/questions and most of all handled herself in a very professional manner. She was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law who worked with her on the purchase of their first home and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

2 years before I bought my house a co-worker told me about his home buying experience with Billy and I liked what I heard. So much so that after the co-worker gave me Billy's business card I kept it for 2 years knowing that when my time come to buying a house that I was going to call on Billy. I must say it also helped that I knew the exact community where my wife and I wanted to reside. We ended up purchasing the very first house we saw. My wife and I had bought houses before and memories of our past experiences were telling us this was going to be a lengthy, stressful and unpleasant process. So we were ready for the grind! But surprisingly that wasn't the case at all. Billy was a total pro. His calm, cool, confident and funny demeanor helped set the table for what was going to a fulfilling experience. It's now been about six months since we've been in the house and we continue to like it more and more each month. Billy will definitely be my go-to guy when I'm ready to buy again (or sell).
