First let me say that we are very picky buyers. We looked at dozens of homes over a one year period and when we saw the right home hit the market, Martha was on it. She scheduled the showing, helped us craft a strong offer, and then guided through the entire purchased process once the offer was accepted. She was always prompt in responding to our requests/questions and most of all handled herself in a very professional manner.
