I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Stephanie! From beginning to end, she made the home-buying process a positive and enjoyable experience. I will be the first to admit that I had very specific expectations and requirements, but not once did she make me feel like I was asking for too much or being unreasonable. Instead, she listened, understood what was important to me, and remained patient, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. One of the things I appreciated most was her outstanding responsiveness and flexibility. My schedule can be demanding and unpredictable, and there were times when I needed to make last-minute changes. She consistently went above and beyond to accommodate me without ever making me feel like an inconvenience. That level of dedication and customer service truly sets her apart! Buying a home is a major life decision, and having someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and genuinely committed to your needs makes all the difference. She demonstrated all of those qualities and more. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. If you want an agent who understands that exceptional service is about more than just finding a house, but also about listening, communicating, being flexible, and making the client feel valued, she is definitely the agent you want on your side!

My husband and I relocated from Texas to Tennessee in July. Chris joined our journey before we even decided we were moving. He took the time to show us houses before knowing we were 100% in the market. Once we decided to make the move he continued showing us homes while we were in Texas via FaceTime. Chris went above and beyond. About 5 minutes before any FaceTime call he did to show us a house, he would send over a video of the neighborhood or the view of the drive in. When potentially buying a house without actually seeing it, this kind of service is unmatched! We were so thankful he was willing to give us the full picture of what we were buying! I remember asking him for advice on our home we were selling back in Texas and him giving it with no issues. He is very knowledgeable about both buying and selling, and we will be using him to sell our home when that time comes! Overall just a great guy! It takes a certain level of experience and expertise to maintain professionalism and also make you feel like you’re family. If you’re looking for the best realtor, Chris is your guy!

Diane Burke has been our "go to" real estate professional for the past 14 years. She has been a part of ALL our family's real estate transactions. In that time she has been a part of buying, selling and relocation in 4 major residential transactions. Most recently, she guided my 83 year-old mother through the sell of her townhome as she relocated to an independent senior living community. She made the process seamless and stress-free for my mother. She delivers consistent expertise (and emotional support) from beginning to end. Diane will continue to be the agent we turn to in the future. We recommend her without reservation!
