Angel was agent for both buyer and seller. Probably not the easiest to balance, but she did it. And, I think both the seller and myself walked away feeling equally pleased. I am not a local to the area she works with and she was very helpful with getting me acquainted with the area and key to assisting with our survey and perc testing so that everything was performed on time. She answered hundreds of questions very quickly....even when I had contacted her after normal hours and expressed there was no rush for a response. On moving day, the seller had left quite a bit of contents that were never picked up. Angel brought her truck and we hauled it off...in the pouring down rain! I must say that I am a person that always has high expectations, and the flaw with that is that is people often come up short. That simply wasn't the case with her. And without getting too detailed, there were many aspects of the property specifics, the process, and the circumstances which fully convinced me that divine intervention was involved, and I had an "Angel" to help me along the way.
