Kim worked diligently to find the right home. I'm sure it was more difficult than usual trying to work with a buyer who was in another state - we didn't meet until a couple of days before closing. I don't think Kim quite understood the restrictions we had for a house until she met me. Even so, the house was the perfect plan. Since the sale was completed, Kim has been even more helpful - the stove wouldn't turn on, she came, found the stove unplugged and moved it to plug it in. Problem solved. She guided me to the builder when, a day later, the refrigerator also wouldn't turn on - there was a loose wire in the circuit box. (Brand new build.) She has given me some very helpful advice for selling my previous home. I'm looking forward to becoming Tennessee Girl!

Liesel was patient with me as I toured the houses and listened to what I liked or didn’t like about specific houses. She gave me the time and the information I needed to consider the financial costs so that I could stay within my budget. She kept me up to date with new houses that came onto the market in the area and came to the tours with a no pressure approach, making it clear from the start that if I absolutely didn’t like the house from the start, I could walk away from it, no judgement or frustration. Overall a very good first home buying experience!
