52 real estate agents in TN, 38585

Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us. Throughout that time, Jim supplied us with various listing and educated us on the various areas and neighborhoods around the radius point of Knoxville, giving us the pros and cons as we looked at homes. As retirees, access to medical care and facilities is an important factor and Jim was a great help on that topic. We were not able to attend closing but felt extremely confident that all would go well with Jim there to represent us. Bob & Nancy, Buyers in Crossville, closed January 2023

She was very responsive to my questions concerning selling the property!! Highly recommend!
