Katrina immediately responded to us and once again helped us find an amazing new home, always treating us as a priority and always being flexible with her time. We got our new home for below asking price, a great feat given the current home buying climate, and then we asked for her help once more in selling our condo and she got us MORE than our asking price! At every step over the years, she's gone above and beyond for us, and it's been amazing getting to watch her work. She's an expert in her field for sure, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
