For months I had tried to determine if selling our home of 20 years and moving was the right thing to do and if the timing was right. After all, the house we lived in was our first and only home purchase that Terry helped us with years ago. Terry listened on several occasions to me expressing ideas, concerns, needs, and even my wishlist. He offered suggestions on things to consider in making this big, life-changing decision. He kept us informed on the market and how our situation could differ depending on our buying choice and timing. When our minds were made up, he took our lead and knew we wanted to be aggressive on our timeline. He met with us, walked us through next steps, and helped us keep our goals in sight while setting realistic expectations. We made the decision to sell, had the house listed, and ready to show in less than a week. Over the course of one weekend we had over 10 showings and an offer. We also had a contract accepted on the house we hoped to buy (which we did). Fast forward three weeks later and we were making final plans for the move and were within days of “closing day”. All of this because Terry helped make it happen with his expertise, strong work ethic, client dedication, and friendly humor along the way. His experience as a realtor is evident throughout the process. There wasn’t a situation or question that he couldn’t address. He was “there” for us through the entire process and even after. He treats you like he wants his family to be treated. He’s got your back for sure. You’ll know very soon after working with him that you’re in good hands.

Cherie was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable about the buying process. This was our first home purchase and she helped to walk us through all the details. Cherie always had our best interest in mind and was always available to answer our questions or show us homes. She is very knowledgeable about the Nashville area and Bellevue specifically. Cherie made the process of putting in an offer seamless and she is great with negotiating. She helped us find our perfect first home. Highly recommend Cherie for any home buying needs.
