Suzanne Smith is an excellent agent and has an excellent team! At our initial meeting, she came with helpful information and as soon as we met with her, we knew we were in good hands thru the sale process. She is very knowledgeable, she offers excellent advice and answered all our questions promptly. She is personable, we were always able to reach her and she always kept us informed. With her expertise and dedication, we were able to get multiple offers at list price and above within 24 hours! We could not have asked for a better agent and we highly recommend her!

We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Vanessa! She was our realtor during the process of selling our old house and buying a new one. Her patience, kindness, and dedication were unmatched — she always made us feel supported and never once rushed. She went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a realtor — even coming over to our old house to help steam the grout in the bathrooms! Who does that?! Thanks to her, what could’ve been a really overwhelming time felt manageable, and even exciting. We’re so grateful to have had her in our corner and would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone buying or selling a home!
